30th December 2012 – 37 Victoria Road - Erection of single storey rear extension to ground floor retail unit; alterations to first floor rear addition and erection of replacement front dormer window, rear roof extension and rear staircase and landing to facilitate conversion of upper floors to provide 2 x 1 bedroom flats. 5th September 2011 – Surbiton Boys School, Avenue Elmers - Erection of a single storey rear/side extension to form 2 classrooms, toilets, medical room and office, including excavation and extension to basement level beneath with external sunken terrace & external staircase.  Full details can be found at 11/16434/FUL and closing date for comments is 30th September 2011.

Note: This application is likely to go to Surbiton Neighbourhood committee in November 2011, and school travel plans are likely to be discussed at this meeting as part of the application.  This is due to ongoing problems with coaches in Avenue Elmers.
