I trust that there will be adequate parking facilities for the new health facility and that the calculations for the number of spaces have also taken into account vists to the facility to hand in requests for repeat prescriptions and, later, to collect the items from the pharmacy.

The health facility has 82 parking spaces as well as emergency vehicles and drop off spaces. The 70 visitor parking spaces are the same as currently on the site, but with marked spaces, better layout and control so that they can only be used by those using the facilities. There will be a pharmacy on the site, but many using repeat prescriptions may well prefer to use another local facility close to where they live – a service offered by many local pharmacies.
