Ensure you renew your freedom pass

by admin on 11 November, 2014

Of the 1.3 million freedom pass users across London, around 860,000 older person’s pass holders will renew their passes between November and December.

Almost 20,000 older people across Kingston borough, have passes that expire on 31 March next year.  They will receive a letter in the coming weeks explaining how to renew their pass.
Pass holders are being encouraged to renew online, which is a straightforward process and only takes a few minutes. Anyone who is unable to renew online can return the form enclosed with their letter by post.

It’s vital that all older people who have a pass that expires at the end of March next year renew it.  Provided they still live in London they need to complete the process online or send back the form.  Letters are being sent out between now and the end of December, so don’t worry if someone else has theirs before you do.
