Kingston Liberal Democrats are pleased to announce that Annette Wookey will be our candidate in the by-election in St James Ward on 18th December. Local campaigner Annette, has lived in New Malden for over 20 years and was one of the candidates at the last local elections in May. Strangely, some St Mark’s Ward residents will probably remember the Tory candidate for this New Malden seat. Conservative, Jack Cheetham, stood in Surbiton’s St Mark’s Ward only 6 months ago.  Clearly, he wants to be a Councillor and isn’t too bothered which bit of the borough he represents!
