New fines for littering and dog fouling

by lizgreen on 6 July, 2015

no littering

Kingston Council has introduced new fines for littering and dog fouling. The trial runs until December this year in Kingston Town Centre, North Kingston and Surbiton. Residents and visitors who fall foul will get an on the spot fines of £80 for littering and £100 for not cleaning up after your dog.

We all know that dog mess left on the pavement and in our parks is annoying and can be a health hazzard. The vast majority of dog owners are responsible, it is the few that spoil it for the rest of us.
