Residents, As most of you are aware the London TV Region will be switching over from analogue to digital on the 4th April 2012. We have recently had reports of scammers who offer to upgrade elderly victims TV’s so that it will be compatible with the new digital system. They then return a few days later demanding a large sum of money for the work they have done. The digital switchover is being provided free of charge to anyone of a pensionable age.
