Important information on reception school places

If your child will turn 5 between 1st September 2014 and 31st August 2015, you need to apply for a reception school place by 15th January 2014.  Full details of the online process can be found here.

Kingston schools are expected to experience a high number of applications again this year.  To help ensure sufficient places there will be  extra classes at the following schools:

  • Christ Church Primary (Surbiton)
  • King’s Oak Primary*
  • Latchmere School
  • Lovelace Primary*
  • Maple Infant School**
  • Robin Hood Primary

**Permanent expansion subject to statutory consultation and planning approval

If you would like further information on recpetion places please contact Kingston Council’s school admission team at school.admissions@rbk.kingston.gov.uk

If your child is currently in Year 2 of an Infant school, you will need to apply for a Junior school place by 15th January as well.
