Kingston Council Public Health department service has launched a survey to help them understand how residents use local pharmacy services (sometimes better known as local chemists).  The anonymous survey will be used to help form the Borough’s Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment which has to be published in spring 2015.

Please consider taking a few minutes to complete the survey and help build a picture of the current uses and possible future changes needed.
