Conservative Councillors decided not to accept the decision of the Council’s Surbiton Committee for a 20mph in Surbiton central roads.  Despite a consultation coming back for it, despite the majority Surbiton Councillors views and most importantly despite local schools & local cycling networks wanting it!  It will now be decided by all Councillors at the Council meeting on 4th November.
