A local resident is setting up a new community group – Surbiton Wildlife – with the aim of improving Claremont Gardens with bird boxes, litter picks, bee and wildlife friendly plants and improved pond. It wants to make the open space better for people and wildlife.
Their first event is on 17th March 2015 at 6.30pm at Glenmore House on The Crescent. The launch will include a presentation on their plans, with opportunities to volunteer, meet like-minded people and buy raffle tickets. All are welcome.
