Kingston Council has launched a consultation on the borough’s licensing policy. The consultation is considering links with health priorities, protecting children and tackling drink related antisocial behaviour.

It is important that all residents with an interest in licensing and/or nightime economy respond to the consultation. All too often, only those with concerns respond and this gives a distorted view of the issues.  It does not take long and will help Kingston Council set the right priorities for licensable activities.
