2 by-elections on 7th May 2015

There will be two Council by-elections on May 7th, the same day as the General Election. Following the resignation of long serving Councillor Vicki Harris, Tom Davies will be standing in Tolworth & Hook Rise ward. In Grove ward, Rebekah Moll will be hoping to replace Councillor Stephen Brister who has also resigned.

The Conservatives in control of Kingston Council have plans to remove weekly recycling (except food waste).  At the Finance and Policy committee, they persisted in this folly which would see paper, card, plastics, glass and cans collected fortnightly.
